If we anticipate a longer lead time, we will contact you via the e-mail you provide when checking out. You should receive an email confirming your order within 24 hours after you’ve placed it. If you don’t receive that email after 24 hours, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you haven’t received the order confirmation email, you also won’t receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.
